ABOUT

Oxar Productions
Oxar Productions began at some point around 2002, when Victor Hampson made his directorial debut with the instant comedy classic "Grandpa Joe and Little David", which was met with critical acclaim and utter joy across the board. Filmed using an ancient flickering camcorder, with no crew, and a cast who had no acting abilities or screen presence, this was certainly an experimental indie piece. But the risks paid off, and it became a film that was "simply too good ever to be seen again".

Since then, Oxar Productions has grown, like a delicious patch of cress, and is now creating all manner of videological chaos throughout the universe and beyond.

"It's John" is Oxar's most recent project; a found-footage comedy horror film about a vintage children's book. It is currently touring film festivals, alongside the short prequel "It Was John", and should be released around Halloween 2024! But where? And why? Nobody knows.
